* Manage Customer Projects Operation Center in Hungary.
* Implement Business Strategy to capture new business.
* Develop pipeline with the sales team and share this pipeline with all internal support function stakeholders.
* Responsible for business growth, orders and tender costs, customer satisfaction & quality, people safety and cybersecurity.
* Develop collaboration between all solutions stakeholders (in segments / BUs / GCP organizations).
* Lead and anticipate staffing on Projects and/or Services for all projects in Execution.
* Contribute to setup project organization at tendering stage (internal or external consortium...).
* Lead sensitive negotiations and ensure high-level customer communication.
