**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Leading the development, implementation, and production launch of the manufacturing systems, equipment, and tools associated with the program. Drive an intentional culture of collaboration, problem solving, transparency, adaptation, and inclusion that instills a workplace of choice environment. Maintain a physical and psychologically safe work environment. Establish overall group objectives. Train, develop, and evaluate team members. Participate in the selection of new employees. Serve as the communication bridge between Product Engineering, PPO Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations. Utilize standard work as defined by GPS Process of Manufacturing Engineering (PoME) to execute program deliverables.
