Excavator Supervisor (Vantaa)

We are looking for an experienced supervisor for our client in Vantaa.

Responsibilities

• Measure, level, and perform various compaction works.
• Supervise road compaction activities and related personnel.
• Manage work proactively and maintain effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Several years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with laser equipment and road compaction techniques.
• Valid occupational safety card.
• Experience operating small excavators is considered an advantage.
• Proactive work attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Salary will be based on the infra‑sector collective agreement, depending on your skills and experience. The project duration is approximately 1.5 years.
