Excavator Operators – Skilled Civil & Infrastructure Projects

We’re seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join a variety of civil, infrastructure, and construction projects across Wellington. This role is ideal for operators who are confident running excavators in technically challenging environments and who take pride in precision, safety, and efficiency.

Wellington will be the predominate area of work for this role, however you may also be required to work in the Waikato, Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay regions. This will be discussed further with the successful applicant.

About the role

• Operating excavators for bulk earthworks, precision trenching, final trim, and drainage installations


• Interpreting site plans, specifications, and markers to ensure accurate and efficient excavation


• Selecting and safely using attachments such as buckets, hammers, and blades
