Strategic Executive Leadership

Collaboratively, as part of the ELT, develops short‑ and long‑term strategic direction of the corporation. Establishes short‑ and long‑term goals to achieve strategies and integrate into the division and the organization and ensures programs and policies align with corporate, strategic and divisional strategies, Board of Directors, CIC and/or government policy. Works collaboratively and acts as ELT sponsor on cross‑divisional priorities, collaboratively makes decisions on current and future initiatives with a corporate lens while ensuring an SGI First approach. Demonstrates a deep understanding of Crown governance structure, principles and regulatory requirements and stays informed of shareholder goals and expectations to ensure consideration and alignment in the development and implementation of SGI strategy, programs and policies.
