Events Executive

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and hands‑on Events Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support the team in planning and running events—from proposals to on‑site execution. If you enjoy being on the ground, working with people, and making events happen, this might just be the role for you — join us!

• Assist with preparing event tenders, sales proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and artistes for confirmed events
• Support event planning, logistics, and scheduling
• Be part of the on‑site team to set up, run, and tear down events
• Ensure event set‑up is done properly and events run smoothly
• Conduct site recces when needed
• Help with logistics planning, inventory checks, and equipment care
• Prepare basic cost sheets, schedules, and event documents
• Handle simple admin tasks related to events
