Promotion/ Event Executive
are as follows: 1. Plan, organize, coordinate layout and execute promotions for department store and shopping center 2. Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties, to conceptualize, plan and executive promotional campaigns 3. Follow-through closely for all promotional activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising team for advertisements and collaterals 4. Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners. Conduct checks on the event areas 5. Organize, send, prepare media kit, goodie bags, invitation list, KOL/bloggers search for campaign launch 6. Search media partner to amplify the event and increase footfall and awareness 7.
