Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of corporate events and activations from initial concept and creative planning right through to flawless on-ground execution
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts that are fully aligned with brand objectives and business goals
- Keep events on track and on budget by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources with precision and accountability
- Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination to deliver a consistently seamless attendee experience
- Serve as the central point of contact for vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout
