The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) is a non-profit professional association for licensed immigration consultants in Canada. It is dedicated to promoting the best interests of immigration consultants in Canada. CAPIC is recognized as a key stakeholder in immigration issues, a national leader in professional development programs, and is credited with promoting professionalism in the immigration consulting industry.
The Events Coordinator plans, organizes, and executes CAPIC–ACCPI events from inception to post-event follow-up. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, this role manages all event logistics, stakeholder communications, registration systems, and performance reporting to ensure every CAPIC event meets the organization’s standards and strategic objectives. We are seeking a dynamic person to join our team in this full time remote position.
