Events & Conferences Lead — Luxury Hotel Experience

EVT is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator for Sherwood Queenstown, with daily administration, client liaison, and on‑site event delivery on a hillside setting overlooking Lake Wakatipu.

You’ll coordinate conferences, weddings and private dining, managing bookings and lead follow‑up across internal teams. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to support on‑site events at a Michelin‑acclaimed hotel in Queenstown.
