Events & Catering Manager

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an Events & Catering Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.

Each day brings variety, with responsibilities centered around delivering exceptional events and catering experiences. You will be expected to:

+ Oversee daily sales and coordination activities for events and catering operations
+ Achieve individual and team revenue targets to maximize overall profitability
+ Develop and execute strategic sales and event plans to drive incremental revenue, including room occupancy, average rate growth, banquet and food & beverage sales, and event volume
+ Prepare, analyze, and present monthly performance reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
