Events and Community Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an Events & Community Lead to build and nurture a high-quality founder, operator, and ecosystem community through thoughtfully curated events and engagement initiatives. This person will own the end-to-end planning and execution of events while creating meaningful experiences that strengthen relationships and drive long-term community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of online and offline events, including roundtables, conferences, dinners, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Curate relevant attendees and manage speaker, partner, and vendor relationships.
• Build and execute a community engagement strategy beyond events through regular touchpoints, content, and member interactions.
