Event Support and Logistics Assistant

We are looking for an Event Support and Logistics Assistant to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the inventory of marketing and visual merchandising materials;
• Organize storage, tracking, and replenishment of display assets, promotional materials, and event equipment;
• Handle the preparation, packing, shipping, and return of materials for trade shows and events;
• Handle the set up and dismantling of the materials for events and exhibitions, ensuring all visual merchandising standards are met;
• Inspect and maintain display materials, identifying any items that require repair or replacement;
• Keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
