**Position Summary**

The Event Sales Manager – Social & Weddings is responsible for generating and managing wedding and social event business for the hotel. This role focuses on selling event space, guest rooms, food and beverage services, and additional hotel offerings while ensuring exceptional client service from the initial inquiry through event completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the wedding and social events market.
+ Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
+ Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event packages.
+ Conduct hotel tours and site inspections for prospective clients.
