Event Rostering Lead – Staffing & Scheduling

Auckland Live and Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events, part of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, is seeking an Event Rostering Coordinator based in Auckland CBD. You will roster staff for the Venue & Event Operations department, ensuring staffing levels meet safety and customer service standards for events.

You will coordinate rosters, communicate changes, track availability, and actively maintain rostering systems while providing administrative support across the department.
