Event Marketing Executive (B2B)

We're looking for a hands-on Event Marketing Executive to support the delivery of B2B marketing events in Malaysia.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating logistics, and working closely with teams to bring events to life . You will support industry events, networking sessions, and customer events , while gaining exposure to broader marketing campaigns and partnerships.

RESPONISBILITIES

Events (Main Focus)

• Coordinate and support B2B events (e.g. roundtables, networking events, industry events)
• Assist with venue sourcing, vendors, and logistics
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and communications
• Support on-site event setup and execution
• Help track attendance and leads after events

Marketing Support

• Assist with email invites and simple campaign coordination
