As Meetings & Event Coordinator, you will ensure successful planning and execution of meetings and events.
- Coordinate and support delivery of meetings, conferences and events from planning to execution.
- Prepare and set up meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Coordinate guest services, catering, transportation and other event-related logistics.
- Manage meetings and events calendar and contribute to post-event reporting and follow-up.
- Support in general office management.
- First experience in events, hospitality, office management or administration is a plus (internships included).
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Service-oriented mindset and professional communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
