Event Advisory Services Project Lead

This role is a consulting forward position to share best practices and advisory services for not only internal Delta divisional event teams but also Delta's vendors. Someone who has event experience but more so a strong project manager. A consultative, good listener, people person, relationship builder, detail oriented and process focused. Someone with large enterprise/global company background will be the best fit. Responsibilities i. Manage event intake process ii. Provide guidance/consulting to ~330 divisional events. Focus areas: event concepting, budget guidance, event technology consultation, safety & security prioritization iii. Plan and produce vendor showcases + divisional trainings - 15 vendor showcases and 2-3 open houses iv. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify processes v.
