Position Summary

The Evening Maintenance / Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment during evening hours. This role focuses on floor care, routine maintenance tasks, and supporting overall facility operations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Care

• Perform routine and restorative floor care, including:
  
  
  
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  
  
  • Buffing and burnishing floors
  
  
  • Stripping and waxing floors as scheduled
  
  
  
  


• Maintain carpets through shampooing, extraction, and spot cleaning


• Ensure floors are clean, dry, and free from hazards at all times
