EUC Team Lead - IT Support & Systems Champion

Encora is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to lead a small team and keep systems, applications, and infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for technical issues, IT projects, and documentation, ensuring end users receive fast, reliable support.

Based in Singapore on a 12-month contract, you will troubleshoot hardware, software and networking, install and configure IT solutions, monitor systems, and document procedures.
