EUC Desktop Support Specialist (L1) - VIP Desk-side

Iron Systems, Inc in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to manage incidents, IMAC and desk-side support for Windows desktops and laptops across the site.

You will maintain standard OS images, apply patches, monitor security, and provide VIP desk-side support when IT teams are unavailable. Familiarity with ServiceNow, AD, and EUC tools is required. Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree acceptable.
