Desktop Support / EUC Engineer – Windows 10 Administrator
- Experience Required: 6–8 Years
- Skills: Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS)
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, handling customers and matching the pace.
- Windows 10 Administrator with MECM image management and deployment experience.
- Understanding of EUC role and field services.
- Strong experience in image management.
- Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components including Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT), Software Distribution, and Hardware/Software Inventories.
- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows (client and server) operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 client operating systems.
