Ethics and Compliance Manager

The Ethics and Compliance Manager for Middle East & South Asia will be responsible for implementing monitoring and enhancing the companys ethics and compliance systems and framework across the region as well as interfacing with the Group French and EU requirements. This role ensures adherence to local and international laws regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. This is a management role responsible for being able to develop an agenda identifying and setting standards and objectives and being able to navigate the various elements of the local and global business to ensure these objectives are obtained.

Regional Compliance Oversight:

• Lead compliance initiatives across Middle East and South Asia ensuring alignment with local regulations global standards and France/EU frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
