ETF Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with RIAs, family offices, CIOs, and sophisticated wealth management firms
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and networking
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective advisor relationships
• Convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships and ETF allocations
• Educate advisors on ETF implementation, portfolio construction, and tax-efficient investing
• Partner with leadership to refine business development strategy and market positioning
• Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and advisor meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ETF distribution, asset management, or wealth management
