Estimator Role in Civil Construction

In this role, you will utilize your estimating expertise over a range of disciplines, including grading, earthwork, and site servicing. You will collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, and clients to facilitate successful bids through detailed take-offs and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed take-offs across civil construction disciplines
• Analyze and verify drawings and specifications
• Research and negotiate material and subcontractor pricing
• Assess project risks during the bidding process
• Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare client presentations
