Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator to join their team and support a growing pipeline of commercial and educational construction projects. This individual will be responsible for developing detailed cost estimates on renovation and new construction projects valued at $2M+ and must be capable of building estimates independently from start to finish. The Estimator will solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, level proposals, and ensure accurate project costing throughout the preconstruction process. They will also conduct pre-bid walkthroughs and visit project sites to gather information needed for accurate pricing and scope development. The role is primarily office-based and reports daily to the Connecticut office, with flexibility for candidates located near the Portsmouth office.
