• Bid Development & Strategy: Lead the preparation of full-scale project bids, ensuring all estimates are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with company profit goals.
• Plan & Specification Analysis: Conduct deep-dive reviews of construction documents to define project scope, identify potential blind spots, and determine precise pricing.
• Advanced Earthwork Modeling: Utilize Agtek software to perform accurate quantity take-offs, site modeling, and dirt moving analysis.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Proactively source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers; use creativity to secure the best market pricing without sacrificing quality.
