Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bid packages. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project scope and requirements. Obtain and review subcontractor and supplier quotations. Conduct risk analysis and prepare contingency plans. Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders. Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications.
