About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and capable Estimator to join their newly established Facades Division within a larger, well-established group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping estimating processes within a growing business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for facade projects
Analyse tender documentation and assess project requirements
Support the preparation and submission of competitive tenders
Work closely with internal teams to ensure commercially sound bids
Report directly to the Estimating Manager
Contribute to the development and improvement of estimating processes and systems
Candidate Profile
Mid-level experience in estimating (ideally within facades, construction, or related sectors)
