Core Technical & Operational Responsibilities- Advanced 3D Visualization: Execute precise 3D modeling of interior and exterior spaces, producing high‑resolution renders, animated walkthrough videos, and virtual tours.
- Technical Design & Simulation: Perform accurate material and lighting simulation to provide before‑after visual concept comparisons that align with structural realities.
- Meticulous Cost Estimation: Drive the preparation of detailed BOQs and technical specifications for architectural interior and MEP components.
- Value Engineering: Conduct rigorous value engineering during the concept phase to ensure cost efficiency without compromising the design intent or violating UAE authority compliance.
