Role Description

This full-time Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor role is an on-site position based in Dubai. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications. The Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor will review drawings and specifications, obtain and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations, and assist in tender preparation and submissions.
