Our client is a well-established building restoration and refurbishment contractor based in Kent, with over 24 years of industry success delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware construction professional with a strong background in external refurbishment and restoration projects.
The Role
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of building restoration and external refurbishment projects ranging in value from £300,000 to £500,000, with projects occasionally exceeding £1.4 million.
