The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and technical submissions. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, production teams, and drafting departments to ensure timely and competitive project quotations.
