Estate Surveyor Overview

We are looking for an Estate Surveyor to join a thriving retail group.

The Estate Surveyor will manage a portfolio of retail properties and act as a key contact for property-related matters across the business. The role will involve negotiating lease terms, managing rent reviews and renewals, and ensuring all lease obligations are met.

You will work closely with Senior Management and Directors to ensure property decisions support operational and commercial objectives.
