Estate Operations Director

The Role

We are hiring an operations leader to take full ownership of an international residential portfolio on behalf of a globally prominent principal. You will combine hands-on property and asset oversight with the leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.

What You Will Own

• People. One consistent service standard, live across every property — teams you lead and develop directly, with full accountability for scheduling, performance, and all employment decisions, run without day-to-day direction from the principal.
• Property and Assets. A portfolio that runs without surprises — no asset or service failure reaches the principal — and a standardised House Manual and SOP system built so the next property onboards with zero disruption.
