Estate & Facilities Coordinator

EM Services Pte Ltd is looking for a Facilities Management professional to carry out estate inspections and oversee maintenance works. Responsibilities include attending to resident enquiries and managing contractor performance.

Applicants should possess a relevant diploma or at least five years experience in Facilities Management. The position is primarily office hours with a half day on Saturdays every three weeks.
