A Day in the Life

• Daily review of operational KPIs, including production, quality, OEE, scrap, and line downtime, while participating in Tier Meetings to establish priorities and ensure compliance with the production plan.
• Conduct Gemba walks to identify process deviations, provide immediate support for production and quality issues, and lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa.
