Manage all activities and strategies related to organizational communication for BRK plants.

Job Duties Plan communication strategies and campaigns for various departments. Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs designed to inform employees about the initiatives and policies of the company they represent. Maintain and update internal and external communication portals, including press releases, websites, and social media. Help maintain the organization’s corporate identity and image. Design and follow up on low-cost, high-impact communication/promotion actions. Monitor national and local print media to stay informed about current public and news agendas. Institutional Communications: work with the area manager to disseminate or create organizational communication notices or campaigns.
