In 2014, the Group started to rotate to Process harmonization, Global Organizations and especially Digitalization by opening a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Finance, IT and HR based in Lyon.
Together with the CoE, the LDC Group created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes & Systems Optimization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to:
- Lead the Finance Transformation of the group
- Digitalize LDC Processes and organizations
- Help LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best tools
