Core Responsibilities
Maximize business impact by ensuring the use of Growth Tools translates into concrete KPIs such as TPN, TPV, Conversion, and Incrementality. Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects, including registration recovery, TC activation journeys, and cashback strategies. Act as the main liaison for Business and Marketing teams, designing technical solutions to address complex commercial challenges. Prioritize initiatives based solely on expected impact for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of technical capabilities and limitations of orchestration tools, audiences, incentives, and gamification.
