Especialista de Aplicaciones (Call Center) provides first‑level technical support for the Applications area of Diagnostic Systems, assisting internal and external clients with the use, results, and operation of instruments. The role includes case creation and management, remote initial support, escalation as needed, and development and delivery of educational and support materials for platforms, inputs, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to internal and external customers on the use, results, and operation of the business platform instruments.
• Receive requests via email, phone messages, and calls, creating and managing cases for proper attention and follow‑up.
