ESOL Lecturer (Fixed Term)

The vacancy

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed ESOL Lecturer to join our Adult Skills team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to learners from diverse backgrounds, supporting them to develop English language skills for everyday life, further study and employment in the UK.

You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across ESOL programmes (16–18 and adult learners), using innovative approaches to motivate and inspire. The role also involves supporting learners’ wider development, embedding maths, monitoring progress closely, and contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement across the department.

This position is a fixed term until July 2027
