Overview

EF Language Abroad, Cape Town Campus seeks an ESL Teacher to lead classes of international students using EF’s curriculum and blended learning approach, working under the Academic Director and with the Academic department.

Responsibilities Plan and prepare lessons: Deliver engaging General English and Special Interest (SPIN) courses that meet the diverse needs of international students. Inspire language learning: Create interactive, immersive, and meaningful classroom experiences that bring language to life. Academic administration: Track student attendance, assess progress, and provide regular feedback to support each student’s learning journey. Classroom management: Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment where students feel safe, motivated, and empowered to participate.
