ERP/CRM Consultant

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support a long-term contract engagement in Coshocton, Ohio. This role will focus on improving the effectiveness of a D365 environment by refining planning, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and order management processes across a small but complex user group. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical system solutions, strengthen cross-functional workflows, and expand visibility into critical data and system activity.

Responsibilities:
• Assess the current D365 setup and recommend configuration changes that improve material requirements planning and overall system use.
