The ERP Practice Lead oversees regional practice operations, driving alignment with Avanade’s New Horizon strategy to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that support business growth and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the regional practice strategy in line with global and integrated go‑to‑market priorities, building differentiated capabilities and scalable offerings for enterprise and mid‑market clients.
• Partner with sales and account teams to drive pipeline, conversion, and execution, enabling value‑driven, scalable solutions.
• Create and evolve practice assets and solutions; localize and scale accelerators to improve speed‑to‑market, consistency, and delivery efficiency.
• Attract, develop, and retain practice talent; implement a regional talent strategy focused on future‑ready skills (AI, cloud, transformation) and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
