ERP & POS Systems Support Specialist (Day Shift)

TOA Global is seeking a Systems Support Agent to join our Clark, Philippines, on-site team. You will handle frontline technical support for ERP, POS, and Xero integrations, administer user access, and help with deployments and training.

The role blends troubleshooting with governance to maintain compliant financial operations across overseas franchise stores. You will collaborate with Franchise Owners and store teams, delivering practical guidance and creating SOPs and SCORM training to boost
