Equity Research Analyst

We at Neo Wealth Management are looking for an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our Wealth Equities team. The role requires a sector-agnostic approach with a strong focus on Mid & Small Caps, responsible for generating high-conviction investment ideas and supporting portfolio strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct deep fundamental research across sectors and identify alpha-generating opportunities • Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks (DCF, EV/EBITDA, Relative Valuation, P/B, etc.) • Prepare initiation reports, sector updates, earnings notes, and investment recommendations • Track macro, sector, regulatory, and company-specific developments • Engage with management teams, attend earnings calls, and conduct primary research • Present investment ideas to the Investment Committee and Wealth Advisory teams • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on portfolio construction and monitoring • Mentor junior analysts and maintain a robust pipeline of investmen...
