We at Neo Wealth Management are looking for an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our Wealth Equities team. The role requires a sector-agnostic approach with a strong focus on Mid & Small Caps, responsible for generating high-conviction investment ideas and supporting portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep fundamental research across sectors and identify alpha-generating opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks (DCF, EV/EBITDA, Relative Valuation, P/B, etc.)
- Prepare initiation reports, sector updates, earnings notes, and investment recommendations
- Track macro, sector, regulatory, and company-specific developments
- Engage with management teams, attend earnings calls, and conduct primary research
- Present investment ideas to the Investment Committee and Wealth Advisory teams
