Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Education and Support Coordinator

Position Summary

CSEDI envisions a university where equity-denied students can thrive and works to build campus community capacity, awareness, and understanding to support collective responsibility for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), anti-racism, and anti-oppression, leading to a greater sense of belonging for all students. Working alongside equity-denied groups experiencing oppression on campus, CSEDI provides coordinated support to meet the diverse needs of students, while committing to continuous unlearning and learning together as a campus community.

The EDI Education and Support Coordinator supports the CSEDI’s mission to identify and address structural, cultural and social barriers to foster equity across Wilfrid Laurier University.
