As an Equipment Tech, you will play a vital role in maintaining Rodeo Dunes’s cutting‑edge equipment used for course maintenance. You will assist in leading a team of technicians while performing essential repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on a variety of equipment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various golf course machinery, including mowers, utility vehicles, and specialized equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and mechanical expertise to identify and address issues with engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Adjust reels and cutting heights, ensuring quality turf maintenance and desired cut quality across the course.
